Position Highlights:
- Provide speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 60-65 K-12 students at one school location.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Offer assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions tailored to students’ diverse needs.
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions to maximize student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Participate in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to support students’ educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Current, active Texas Speech Language Pathologist licensure.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with K-12 populations.
- Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills highly desired.
- Must complete or have verified fingerprinting through the Texas Education Agency (TEA); allow up to 10 business days for processing.
