Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Openings in CA, MN, TX, & NY
Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active state SLP license in California, Minnesota, Texas, or New York)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | K–12 Caseloads | School Year Contract
A network of school partners across California, Minnesota, Texas, and New York is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide virtual therapy services to students. This fully remote position allows you to support communication growth, academic success, and IEP compliance through teletherapy.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments using approved school-based tools.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.

Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions and provide consultative support to staff and families.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress.

Maintain thorough documentation, progress tracking, and compliance reporting.

Adhere to ASHA, district, and state guidelines for professional practice.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active SLP license in one of the following states: CA, MN, TX, or NY (or eligibility to obtain).

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates may be considered with appropriate supervision.

Prior school-based experience strongly preferred.

Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
