Location: New York (School-Based | Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year
About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful difference in students' lives. This full-time, school-based opportunity allows you to work directly with students who need support building communication skills that will last a lifetime.
As part of a collaborative team, you’ll help shape individualized treatment plans, participate in IEP development, and work closely with educators and families to ensure every student has a voice and the confidence to use it.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 caseload

Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and support eligibility decisions

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs

Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, school staff, and families

Maintain accurate documentation and meet all state/district compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active New York State SLP license (or eligibility)

CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
