Pediatric School-Based SLP | Plainfield, New Jersey
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve in an early childhood educational setting in Plainfield, NJ. Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 13 Pre-K students, ages 2 to 4.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Collaborating with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support optimal communication outcomes.
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and clinical protocols.
Qualifications or desired experience:
- Experience or certifications in school-based speech-language pathology, pediatric care, or healthcare settings.
- Accepting candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong interpersonal skills focused on early childhood development.
- Ability to manage a full-semester contract and maintain a caseload efficiently.
Job Details:
- Location: Plainfield, NJ at a Pre-K program housed within an elementary school.
- Duration: Full semester contract from January 5, 2026, through June 18, 2026.
- Schedule: 35 hours per week.
