Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders within a high school setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide communication programs
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
- CCC SLP credential or completion of CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) accepted
- Experience working with school-age children is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and educational staff
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 80 students while maintaining quality of care
Schedule:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
- Full 26/27 school year contract
