ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed, compassionate, and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position serving students in grades K–8 in Buckeye, Arizona for the full 2025–2026 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP dedicated to helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) focused on:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Social/pragmatic language development
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and school district standards
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility by the start date)

CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

Experience with K–8 populations preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
