Contract SLP Texas School Teletherapy Partner
We're looking for a Contract SLP – Texas School Teletherapy Partner to work remotely with public schools throughout Texas. This 1099 position is perfect for speech-language pathologists who value independence, flexibility, and meaningful student outcomes. You will manage your own caseload, participate in team meetings virtually, and deliver therapy aligned with district and state requirements. This role requires strong communication, clinical accuracy, and digital competence. You'll be a key player in supporting Texas students’ success.
Duties:

Conduct virtual therapy sessions for IEP-mandated services

Participate in full ARD committee meetings and evaluations

Write progress notes in alignment with district timelines

Submit Medicaid-compliant service documentation (as applicable)

Consult with teachers on classroom accommodations

Collaborate with bilingual professionals for dual-language learners
-
Administer and interpret standardized assessments remotely

Follow FERPA and HIPAA guidelines during virtual sessions

Use platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Classlink

Provide AAC support and recommendations when needed
-
Track student data in real-time and modify goals accordingly

Attend virtual training sessions offered by school partners

Offer consultation for Tier 2/3 students under RTI frameworks

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
