Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their CCC to work with intermediate students (grades 4-6) in a school-based setting near Brownsburg, IN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students overcome speech and language challenges, providing services tailored to their individual needs. This is a full-time position for the entire school year, with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in grades 4-6.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the IEP team to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and communication with families.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Valid Indiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- School based experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
