School Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Brookside, Delaware
Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join a supportive school district for the current/2025-2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, student-centered environment with access to resources and mentorship.
As a school-based SLP with Soliant, you'll play a key role in helping students develop their communication skills, supporting their educational goals, and making a lasting impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a K-12 caseload
-
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for speech services
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active SLP license in [State] or eligibility to obtain before the start date

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome and encouraged to apply!

Previous school experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills
