Contract SLP South Dakota School-Based Virtual Therapist
We're looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our teletherapy team supporting South Dakota students as a 1099 contractor. You will provide a range of services tailored to each student's needs within the school system. This role suits an SLP who thrives in independent work settings while actively engaging with education professionals across the state. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while ensuring each child receives equitable access to speech-language support.
Key Duties:

Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders remotely.

Develop individualized IEPs in partnership with IEP teams.

Deliver scheduled virtual sessions using evidence-based methods.

Maintain accurate and timely session notes.

Collaborate with general and special education teachers.

Provide speech-language services across a multi-grade caseload.

Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings.

Ensure therapy aligns with curriculum goals.

Provide consultative support to school staff and families.

Adapt therapy strategies for diverse learners.

Respond promptly to administrative requests.

Utilize digital platforms to document service delivery.

Offer progress updates to families each grading period.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
