Qualifications:
- Certification as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educational staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding special education services
Location:
- Primarily based in Brookfield, WI, with duties extending to Cedarburg, WI schools
- Serving middle school (MS) and high school (HS) student populations
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to service planning
- Manage caseload efficiently within a full-time schedule
