Speech Language Pathologist - Elementary School (Onsite)
Location: Brockton, MA | Job Type: Contract, Full-Time | Duration: Current School Year
Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services in an elementary school setting. This role involves supporting students with speech and language needs, implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educators and families to promote communication development. The ideal candidate holds a valid Massachusetts SLP license and has experience working with elementary-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech therapy services to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite in a school environment
