ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed, compassionate, and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 30-hour per week, onsite position serving students in grades 2 through 8 in Bristol, Wisconsin for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is ideal for an SLP passionate about supporting communication development in upper elementary and middle school students.

Join a collaborative school team and help students build the speech and language skills they need for academic and social success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Provide direct speech therapy services (individual and group) focusing on:

    • Articulation and phonological disorders

    • Receptive and expressive language delays

    • Fluency and voice disorders

    • Social/pragmatic language development

  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements

  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

  • Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

  • Previous experience working with grades 2–8 students preferred

  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills


Position Details

  • Location: Bristol, WI (Onsite Only)

  • Schedule: Full-Time | 30 hours per week | Monday–Friday

  • Caseload: Grades 2–8

  • Contract Dates: August 2025 – May 2026

  • Employment Type: W-2 Contract
