Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Bristol, NH
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
Setting: Onsite
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions within partnering school districts in the Bristol, NH area. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about improving students’ communication skills and making a lasting impact in school-based settings.
Details:
- Location: Bristol, NH
- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: PreK-5th grade caseload, SLP conducting testing and evaluations. The district likes to discuss more details at the time of interview to see the best fit based on experience, including age group.
Applicants must meet the following local and state requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid New Hampshire Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (CFY candidates may be considered)
- Completion of all required background checks and fingerprinting per district policy
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development activities.
