Location: Lochbuie, Colorado
Timeline: Immediate start through the end of the school year
Grade Levels: K–8
A Colorado district is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join its team and provide services to elementary and middle school students. This full-time role offers a predictable schedule, strong collaboration with school staff, and a clearly defined caseload.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate with the Special Education Teacher to manage testing schedules, IEP timelines, and daily therapy blocks
• Maintain and update caseload documentation to support accurate roster tracking
• Deliver individualized and group speech services through a mix of resource room, inclusion, and pullout models
• Partner with families and educators to monitor progress and ensure IEP goals are met
Who We’re Looking For
• Licensed (or license-pending) Colorado SLP
• Holds a valid CDE teaching license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• School-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Open to Clinical Fellows and recent graduates

Role Overview
- Collaborate with the Special Education Teacher to develop daily schedules, coordinate testing, and plan annual IEP meetings.
- Provide updated speech and language caseload lists to the Special Education Teacher to ensure accurate maintenance of the master Special Education roster.
- Deliver specially designed instruction tailored to meet each student’s unique communication needs through resource room, inclusion, or pullout services.
- Work collaboratively with staff and families to support student progress and ensure IEP goals are met.
Required Credentials
• Colorado SLP license (active or in progress)
• CDE teaching license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• CFYs and recent graduates are welcome to apply
