Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
-
Experience working with children (school-based experience a plus!)

Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
-
Provide direct therapy services for speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills
-
Collaborate with teachers & staff to integrate communication supports in the classroom
-
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
-
Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful communication goals

Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers
