Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity in Brainerd, Minnesota
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Brainerd, Minnesota. Job Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and special education staff.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Support students with articulation, language disorders, fluency, voice, and communication challenges.

- Age Group: Based on Assignment
- School Setting: Elementary, Middle School, and/or High School
- Additional caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply.
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
