School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Saint Petersburg, Florida

A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work on-site at multiple Title 1 elementary schools in Bradenton, Florida. This role involves working with diverse student populations, including those in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Exceptional Student Education (ESE), and integrated preschool classrooms.
Assigned schools include Ballard Elementary, Sea Breeze Elementary, Harvey Elementary, and Abel Elementary, each presenting a unique caseload and learning environment. Candidates will provide speech-language services primarily to early childhood and elementary-age students.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized speech and language therapy to students with various communication needs
- Collaborating with educational teams to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to family communications
Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP license required; Master's degree preferred, but Bachelor's degree holders will be considered
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply; Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) are not being accepted at this time
- Experience working with ASD, ESE, and integrated preschool populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple school assignments
Work schedule includes three full-time and one part-time position, with start dates as soon as possible through May 29, 2026. One assignment at Abel Elementary will begin in March 2026 and conclude at the school year’s end.
