Compensation Packages
Local Candidates (commuting to Bradenton)

Hourly Pay Range: $37 – $43/hr

Weekly take-home: Negotiable (pay depends on assignment details; estimates available during the hiring process)

Travel Candidates (relocating for the assignment)

Job Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students on caseload

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Write and implement IEPs in compliance with IDEA and Florida state guidelines

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Florida state SLP license (active or eligible by start date)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs with school-based practicum will be considered

Previous school-based experience preferred

Must be able to pass background and reference checks
