Job description:
The Bilingual SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with communication disorders, with services delivered in both English and Spanish. The role includes creating individualized education plans (IEPs), tracking student progress, and collaborating with school staff and families to support multilingual learners in achieving academic and social success.
Florida qualifications and requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Florida SLP license through the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered
-
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)

Must pass a Level II background check and fingerprinting per Florida DOE regulations

Previous school-based experience is not required
