A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Boynton Beach, FL, supporting multiple schools across Palm Beach County. This on-site contract position runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, with a typical schedule of 35 hours per week (7 hours per day). Assignments vary by location and include working with students ranging from Pre-K through high school, across diverse caseloads, including regular education, ASD, developmental delays, and hearing impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations
  • Supervision available for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates; SLPA applicants will not be considered

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida provisional Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the Department of Health
  • Experience or willingness to work with varied caseloads, including ASD, developmental disabilities, and regular education students
  • Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements as per district and state guidelines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Location & Caseload: Assignments are distributed across multiple school locations within Palm Beach County, including elementary, middle, and high schools. Caseload sizes and student populations vary depending on the assigned school.

  • On-site work only
  • Fingerprints clearance and verification required for credentialing
  • Prescreen video interviews will be scheduled for suitable candidates to assess fit
