An exciting opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide specialized services in a school setting. This role is based onsite in Broomfield, CO, offering a travel assignment in the Boulder area.
Key Details:
- Assignment Dates: March 23, 2026 – May 22, 2026
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (totaling 24 hours weekly, with possible schedule flexibility based on principal input)
- Caseload: Less than 1:30 ratio, focused at Emerald Elementary School on student contact days only
- Work Environment: Onsite, requiring previous classroom experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school-based settings, specifically with school-age children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educational staff and students
- Ability to manage a caseload and provide individualized therapy interventions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide tailored therapy services for students
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student communication development and educational goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
- Participate in team meetings and coordinate services as needed within the school context
