A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school settings to provide direct services to students in a supportive educational environment. This role focuses on delivering speech therapy services with a manageable caseload, ideal for professionals experienced with student contact days and classroom collaboration.
Location: Broomfield, Colorado
Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, totaling 24 hours weekly with some flexibility per Principal’s input
Contract Dates: March 23, 2026 – May 22, 2026
Setting: Onsite, within an elementary school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language pathology services to students in the school setting
- Manage a caseload of fewer than 1:30 student-to-therapist ratio, focusing on individualized student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals within classroom activities
- Maintain up-to-date, compliant documentation and reporting aligned with district requirements
- Participate actively on student contact days to maximize service efficiency and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CDE license or Certificate of Clinical Competence in Colorado (COOL)
- Prior classroom or school-based experience working with diverse student populations
- Ability to work onsite and engage directly with students and educational teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements effectively
