Speech Therapist in Boston, MA
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Boston, MA, serving K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This position offers an onsite contract role that allows professionals to make a meaningful impact on the communication development of children in an educational environment.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans that support student success. Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions accordingly will be essential, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications for this role include:
- A valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Proven professional experience working as a school-based SLP
- Strong ability to engage and motivate students across a wide age range
