Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Worcester, MA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within an elementary school setting, offering an engaging opportunity to support a diverse student caseload. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, writing reports, delivering direct speech and language services, consulting with teachers and staff, developing IEP goals, and maintaining regular communication with parents and school personnel. The role requires onsite presence to manage the elementary school caseload effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required; SLPAs are not eligible
- Prior experience in a school-based setting working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to conduct assessments, write IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Compliance with CORI background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Strong communication skills for interaction with parents and educators
