This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services within an elementary school setting in Boston, MA. Candidates with a strong background in school-based speech therapy and active SLP licensure in Massachusetts are encouraged to apply. Part-time candidates (20+ hours per week) will also be considered for this contract role, which runs through June 30, 2026. The position focuses on delivering comprehensive services to students, including assessments, report writing, direct interventions, and collaboration with families and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an elementary school caseload, delivering speech-language evaluations and individualized services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop written reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings by writing goals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with parents, teachers, and school staff.
  • Provide consultation services to support student progress.
  • Work onsite due to the hands-on nature of the caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Massachusetts state licensure for SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is required.
  • Ability to pass CORI background check and fingerprinting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and school personnel.
