Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and educational goals.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children in school settings.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and related disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
