Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Boston, MA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is sought for a K-12 school setting in Boston, MA, to provide specialized support focused on early childhood caseloads. This contract position spans the complete school year, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ speech and language development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to early childhood students
- Collaborate with educational staff to support individualized student needs
- Manage a caseload within the school environment, adhering to district policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for each student
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience in pediatric speech-language services within school settings preferred
- Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, on-site; virtual services and utilization of SLPAs are not supported
- Strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Availability to begin within 2-3 weeks of hire

This position involves working directly with young children in an early childhood caseload, specifically in a district environment that requires on-site presence and direct therapy delivery without virtual options or assistance from Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.
