Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote (serving schools in Massachusetts)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract
Hourly Rate: Starting at $45/hour (based on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote therapy services to students across schools in Massachusetts for the upcoming academic year. This is a fully remote, contract-based position ideal for professionals who are tech-savvy, self-motivated, and passionate about student success.
Position Overview:

Provide virtual speech-language services to school-aged students

Collaborate with onsite educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Complete evaluations, write reports, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license
-
Minimum 2 years of school-based SLP experience
-
Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital tools

Must pass a technical screening (equipment, internet, platform fluency)

Must provide professional references
Preferred Qualifications:
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Prior experience delivering remote/teletherapy services in educational settings
Compensation:

1099 contract structure

Starting at $45/hour, commensurate with experience and skillset
