About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time, school-based position with a high school caseload, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills, academic success, and overall confidence.
Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students in both individual and group settings.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress.

Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may also be considered.

Strong clinical and communication skills.

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
