Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Bodega, CA
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Bodega, California. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support K–12 students in developing essential communication skills through individualized speech and language services in a collaborative educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess students’ communication needs

Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct therapy and consultative services to address speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
-
Work closely with teachers, families, and school teams to support student progress and success
-
Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and service planning
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
-
Promote inclusive and supportive learning environments through effective communication strategies
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

Previous school-based experience is a plus

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
