Speech Language Pathologist in Kansas City, MO

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Missouri
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort working with elementary-aged children in-person
- Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20 elementary students
- Administer assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and contribute as a valued member of the educational team
- Offer creative, engaging treatment sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs
