Join Our Team as a Part-Time SLP or SLPA

ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join a welcoming school community in Blanding, Utah.
This part-time position is perfect for professionals who want to make a real difference in students’ lives while maintaining a balanced work schedule. You’ll work two days a week—Tuesdays and Wednesdays—providing therapy to middle and high school students (grades 7–12) who need support with their communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering engaging and effective speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Conducting speech and language assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring to ensure each student’s needs are met.

Collaborating closely with teachers, school staff, parents, and administrators to create a supportive environment for student success.

Participating in IEP meetings to provide professional input and help develop strategies that support student growth.

Maintaining detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress.

Providing consultative support to educators and staff to help generalize communication skills across the school day.
What We’re Looking For:

A current Utah license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.

A passion for working with adolescents and helping them overcome speech and language challenges.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’ll be a key member of a collaborative school team.

Previous school experience is a plus, but not required. Enthusiastic new professionals are welcome!

The ability to work independently while staying connected with ProCare Therapy for support and resources.
