School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time
Location: Blairs, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours/week
Grade Levels: PreK-12
We’re seeking a passionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative elementary school team in Virginia, working with bright and curious learners from grades 3–5. If you’re ready to bring creativity, compassion, and clinical excellence to a school-based setting — this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to support student success
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports per district standards
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment
Requirements:
- Valid SLP license in Virginia
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- School experience preferred, but new grads welcome
