Pediatric SLP in Bixby, OK
An opportunity is available for a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services in an elementary school setting located in Bixby, OK. This full-time, contract position runs from August 14, 2025, through May 22, 2026, and focuses on supporting students from Pre-K through 5th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, treat, and document student progress.
- Coordinate effectively with a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) assigned to assist in service provision.
- Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal regulations regarding speech and language services.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations.
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently within a school environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not required.
