Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed, student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fully remote team supporting K–12 students across Alabama. This virtual position allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy that promotes students’ communication skills, academic achievement, and social development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of speech, language, and communication skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy services using secure online platforms

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
-
Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Teletherapy experience is a plus
