Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide direct therapy to students with speech and language impairments
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support students’ communication goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and progress monitoring
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with Clinical Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school-based settings across K-12 grades
- Strong knowledge of educational regulations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to tailor therapy approaches to diverse student needs and backgrounds
