Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time Role in Binghamton, NY
Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year in the Binghamton, NY area. Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping students build effective communication abilities. This role includes a mix of assessments, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and participation in student support planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K–12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete re-evaluations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress summaries, and service logs
• Support communication development across academic and social environments
• Ensure services meet state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active New York SLP license and eligibility for school-based credentialing
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

• Full-time, onsite
• K–12 caseload
• Follows the 2025–2026 school calendar

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay with rates aligned to New York’s school-based SLP market.
Estimated Pay Range: $40–$55+ per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
