About the Role
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Columbus, MT. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students who require speech and language services. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills while collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families.
Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and compliance requirements.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Support students across a range of grade levels, based on district needs.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Montana state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
