Position Type: Contract through May 22, 2026
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across approximately two elementary schools.
- Manage a caseload averaging 47 students, focusing on communication development and support.
- Collaborate with educational staff to design and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school policies.
- Ensure compliance with state certification and licensure requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified and licensed to practice as an SLP or SLPA in Alaska.
- Experience working with school-age children, especially within elementary settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators and families.
- Ability to work onsite consistently in a school environment.
