School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Nazareth, Pennsylvania

As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF), you’ll work with preschool-aged students in early intervention programs, driving meaningful progress in communication and development. Flexibility is key, as your caseload may shift during the school year to support school-aged students across PreK-12 as needs arise.
Key Qualifications:
- Active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP License (must provide proof)
- Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in a school setting
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations, especially early intervention and school-based services
- Comfort with an itinerant model, traveling between locations as needed
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in-person only; remote options are not available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services for preschool and, if needed, school-age students
- Adapt therapy approaches and IEP goals as caseload changes throughout the year
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, families, and outside agencies
- Complete required documentation, assessments, and progress monitoring in accordance with state and local guidelines
- Travel between sites within Carbon or Lehigh County as assigned
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and program leadership
This contract follows the Early Intervention calendar, running from July 6, 2026, through June 11, 2027, and requires a commitment of 35 hours per week. You’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience alongside skilled professionals, making a significant difference in the lives of young learners.
