Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Manage student cases, including documentation and compliance with educational standards
- Oversee and provide guidance to SLPAs to ensure quality service delivery
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) licensure in Alabama
- Valid Alabama teaching certification
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs effectively
