Speech Language Pathologist in Berryville, VA

Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Proven experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to interact positively with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services aligned to student IEPs
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other service providers
- Track student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational team
