Position Overview
An elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025–2026 school year. This part-time, school-based role offers an opportunity to provide therapy to students in an engaging and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

Deliver direct therapy to elementary-aged students

Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring

Write and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Complete timely documentation and reports

Participate in IEP meetings and planning sessions
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active SLP license in New Mexico
-
NM PED certification (or actively pursuing)
-
ASHA CCC preferred
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
