An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support to elementary students across multiple campuses. This contract position offers a chance to work onsite in Benton, Arkansas, engaging with a diverse preschool-aged caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to approximately 36-40 students across 3-4 campuses
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in preschool and elementary-aged children
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP license required; Certified Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple campuses efficiently
Location: Benton, Arkansas
Duration: Contract through the end of the current school year (CSY), from ASAP until May 21, 2026
Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week
Setting: Elementary school environment, onsite only
