This position offers an opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within an elementary school setting located in Benton, AR. The role is a contract lasting for the current school year (CSY), with a commitment of approximately 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of 36-40 preschool students across 3-4 campuses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and standards
- Ensure all therapy sessions are conducted onsite at the specified school locations
Qualifications:
- Valid and active SLP license is required; candidates must be fully credentialed rather than in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a school environment preferred
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload efficiently across multiple campuses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
- Must be able to work onsite;远remote work or supervision of SLP Assistants (SLPAs) is not permitted
