Travel School Speech Pathology | Bensenville, Illinois
A temporary opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a high school district in Bensenville, IL. This FMLA vacancy runs through the end of the year, providing a chance to make a positive impact on students’ communication development during this important time.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 45 students, with an additional 15 consult cases. The role involves delivering direct speech and language therapy services as well as collaborating with educators and families to tailor interventions. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate schedule preferences.
Key qualifications and experience required:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with high school students
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining thorough documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability, especially in a travel assignment environment
