Support Elementary Students in Bensenville, IL
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Spanish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Bensenville, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. In this role, you will support an elementary caseload, helping young learners develop strong communication skills essential for their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and screenings
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
-
Address communication needs including:
-
Articulation
-
Receptive and expressive language
-
Fluency
-
Pragmatic/social communication
-

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
-
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress in alignment with IEP goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)

Bilingual Spanish-English fluency required
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply — supervision and support provided

Preferred: Experience working with elementary-aged students
