School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: TK–5 Elementary School, [City, CA]
Schedule: Full-Time | 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $55–$65/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services at a single elementary school site serving transitional kindergarten through 5th grade. This is a full-time, onsite role for the full academic year.
Job Details:

Case management for 33 students
-
Total caseload includes 49 students receiving direct services
-
Work alongside three special education classrooms (1 Resource, 2 Intensive Academic; all mild/mod)
-
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support academic and communication needs
-
Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver data-driven therapy
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license and ASHA certification (or eligibility)

Previous school-based experience preferred
