A traveling Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide coverage for a leave through the end of the school year at a K-6 school in Bellevue, NE. This onsite role offers an excellent opportunity to support students’ communication development in a vibrant educational setting.

Position Details:

  • Location: Bellevue, NE
  • Duration: March 18, 2026 – May 22, 2026
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload: Serving students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade
  • Setting: School-based, onsite only
  • Number of positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and provide individualized therapy for students
  • Develop and implement intervention plans to improve communication skills and address speech disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student performance and progress in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting for students

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Experience working as an SLP in a school setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of child language development and school-based therapy protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to provide services onsite and work collaboratively within an educational team
