Blazer Jobs is actively accepting applications on behalf of a school district in Bellevue, NE for a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year at the Elementary level. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, valid and active Nebraska Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) Special Services Certificate with appropriate endorsement to work in schools.
Those who do not meet the outlined requirements will not be considered for this role.
Details:
- Location: Bellevue, NE
- Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Caseload: K-5 grades doing testing and evaluations. The district likes to discuss more details at the time of interview to see the best fit based on experience.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered for this position:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Nebraska Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
- Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) Special Services Certificate with appropriate endorsement to work in schools
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint clearance and background check per state and district policies
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
